Url Snippers

Frequently sending someone a website URL doesn't work because the URL is too long or complicated and gets wrapped onto two lines or otherwise jumbled. To solve this problem, you can use either Tinyurl http:⁄⁄tinyurl.com⁄ or Snipurl http:⁄⁄snipurl.com . There are many other sites that do this, but I've used these for years and they work. These sites allow you to paste in the long URL and get a short one back. So, for example, I found some Art Dio portable speakers on Amazon and got this URL:

http:⁄⁄www.amazon.com⁄Artdio-MS-70-4-Watt-Portable-Speaker⁄dp⁄B00178NHFY⁄ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1249952537&sr=8-1

It is so long it could cause problems. In TinyURL it becomes http:⁄⁄tinyurl.com⁄mucf77  which is much easier to handle.
