Print Email to PDF
I've installed a free PDF print driver on most of your computers. My current favorite for free ones is Bullzip.  I use mine frequently, but recently discovered a new use for it. When a Newsletter or long email which uses small fonts is sent to me, I get irritated at how hard it is to read, then I print it to pdf and open in in my PDF Reader. There I can increase the font size and read it easily. I write directly over the last one the next time, so I re-use the file space and don't need to worry about deleting it.

Those of you using Thunderbird, might find it easier to just use CTRL-+ to increase the font size. Since I moved from Thunderbird to Intellect for my Email, I really miss that feature. However the other client management and calendaring features make it worth it.
